Joe Jonas' latest project since the breakup of his sibling setup, DNCE proves to be another hit for the middle JoBro.

Composed of Joe on vocals, JinJoo Lee on guitar, Cole Whittle as the bassist/keyboardist and former Jonas Brothers' drummer Jack Lawless, DNCE has achieved the status of another catchy-band on the block thanks to their debut single 'Cake By the Ocean.' Befitting the group's name, the dance track is practically an earworm that will latch on to you from the first listen on the morning radio.

The Gigi Hadid-directed video features the band – you guessed it – on the beach with a giant cake in the middle, where the most peculiar thing takes place: a cake fight between a group of ladies in bikini and a single man sporting weird hair. The man ends up losing (or maybe not) and the video closes with all the ladies rubbing the cake all over him before making it all a huge dance party. Filled with cake-tastic puns, especially by Clayton, the lead singer of youtube-band The Johnsons who played the lead sportscaster, the emvee also features men in speedos as cheerleaders complete with pom poms. Talk about an epic role-reversal.

Can't wait to hear more from the band!

P/s: I must say the Bumble app advert in the vid kinda worked. It made Google it and I must say I was impressed. Find out more and get it downloaded ladies!
