 I know product placement is a norm nowadays, but featuring it in the whole video is another thing...

Hilary Duff released the video of her new song, 'Sparks', yesterday and the reviews are pretty, hrmm, mixed?

 OK, initially, when I saw the still, I'm like "wow, this'd be a very colourful video. Should be fun." Then, I think we all watched the whole video, and went on something like "what the actual fuck?!"

 Duff, come on gurl, a video about you exploring Tinder (a dating app, ICYMI) is nothing but fun. Am not sure whether to call it a music video or a documentary or an ad. 

 Lesbihonest, we're all confused.

 Anyway, like any pop fan, I'll be waiting for the actual version of the video. There better be one, missy, 'cos this ain't gonna cut it.

 'Sparks' will be in the former Disney star's upcoming album, Breathe In, Breathe Out, which will be released on June 16, 2015. Summer album, eh? 

 Rating: 2 out of 5 stars.
