Single Review | One Direction - Fireproof

One Direction
Four
Syco
Release date: September 8, 2014 (Track)

One Direction just pulled a Beyoncé (sorta).

The group, which consisted of five lads for the United Kingdom, has announced the upcoming release of their fourth album which simply titled Four. The album, which is expected to be released on November 17th, also came with a free download of a preview track (not sure if this is a single, though), 'Fireproof'.

The track is a pretty simple pop track which is kinda catchy like their previous releases but contains that gentle Mumford-esque vibe to it.

But to be honest, despite it being very easy going, the song is also kinda boring. I'm so used to their awesome pop hits and this is not giving me enough reason to be excited for their new LP.

Let's hope they'll release the *actual* first single soon.

Listen to the track below and drop me a comment!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars.
