 John Mayer covered Beyonce's 'XO'!

Last month, we've heard John Mayer sang a stripped-back cover of the song in one of his concert in Australia. And now, Mr. Katy Perry's ex has released the studio version - which is damn better!

 Despite the original version being much more chest-beating than this one, Mayer's version delivers the song lyrically (Ryan Tedder can really write good songs, y'know).

 With a hint of harmonica, some guitar and piano, this version of 'XO' sounds gorgeous in my ears. And you should believe me 'cos I've never fond of Mayer's previous works.
