Yay, finally, the song for this year's FIFA World Cup has been released and honestly, I am loving the mainstream vibe of the song (y'know, instead of being the usual formulaic anthem song, which is always filled with cultural-slash-tribal references).

But, despite the whistling and the EDM-ish formula to this amazing track, it is still a no match to the ultimate number one anthem in the world, Ricky Martin's 'The Cup of Life' which debuted in the 1998 version of FIFA (and pretty much catapulted Martin's name onto the world stage). And yes, I do think there should be more vocal time for Lopez and Leitte (to be honest, she only appeared in the final verse, which is kinda quick). Like what I've said about 'Timber', there should be more vocal from the ladies, less rapping from the rapper.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
