Glee's one-and-only star, Lea Michele (she played Rachel Berry, the perfectionist freak), has released her very first single as an established singer. The song, 'Cannonball', is the debut single off Lea's upcoming album, Louder.
'Cannonball' deals with the subject of flying away from the past and blast in a split second like a cannonball to the new-found freedom and future. The chorus is very hopeful and Lea's vocal builds and builds from time to time as she sings: "And I will start living today, today, today, I close the door, I got this new beginning and I will fly, like a cannonball."
Overall, this single is a good win as her debut single. Mainstream radio stations will definitely love to play this!
