Honestly though, what is in Singapore that makes the singers coming from there so damn good? Is it something in the water?
Singaporean singing
sensation Tabitha Nauser exploded onto the music scene during the last quarter
of 2017 with her sexy track ‘Body Language’, which truth be told, still is an
earworm for me stepping into 2018. Tabitha’s charisma, uniqueness, nerve and
talent aside, the song itself is rides the sleek auditory wave that the Lion
City’s singers have consistently produced, in Of Methodist and Sam Rui, just to
name a few.
In ‘Body Language’,
Tabitha collaborates with Malaysian rapper SonaOne – who is also a force to be reckoned
with in his own right – creating a catchy track worthy of international
airplay. The music video is a work of art on its own, a twisted and demented
love story framed in a dramatic yet classy manner, with a just a tinge of crazy
thanks to SonaOne.
