After months of waiting, Britney Spears finally dropped the emvee for 'Make Me...' and the finished product got the Army (i.e.: me) super disappointed.

'Make Me...', the lead single off the singer's ninth studio album Glory (out August 26th), is a down-tempo electronic pop song which has wowed music critics after it was released two weeks ago. Despite it not being Britney's usual pop banger (this fact also caused a rift among her stans), the song pretty much showed growth from her standard radio-friendly sonic.

Anyway. Back to the music video...

Two months ago, Britney uploaded few pictures from the video set of the-then unannounced 'Make Me...' on her Twitter account. She was sexy, surrounded by an orgy of underdressed men, and apparently, was directed by the legendary David LaChapelle. Of course we're expecting something amazing. Few weeks later, clips from the emvee went online and the Army went nuts! She's serving looks, there are insane clips (TV-throwing, Spears in a see-through bodysuit with her tits lowkey showing, and G-Eazy is making love to her...). It's insane, I tell ya. Watch this:

Last week; 'Make Me...' performs really slow, and news broke that LaChapelle removed himself from the project and a re-shoot took place. There was no evidence to back those rumours, so we're simply praying they weren't true.

But yea, the official video was released few hours ago and it is nothing as what we saw in those leaked clips. She looks hot as she should be, but it is totally boring, brushed, and kinda annoying (too much EOS product placements and those extras cackling over men... LOL!). I'm disappointed, TBH.

If TRB's 5-stars rating still exist, I'd give this a zero. SMH. What is this self-sabotage mode, Britney?
