If you've found yourself feeling extra positive lately, we think we know why. The legendary Good Vibes Festival is coming back to town! So pick out the most festive of clothes, pack your bags and get ready to hike up Genting Highlands to get to The Ranch @ Gohtong Jaya this August 12 & 13!
The two-day musical feast is the 3rd instalment of the festival and returns with a renewed vengeance, featuring an extensive lineup of international and local artists – some of whom who have never performed in Malaysia before.
Headliners of the event on the indie side include indie-rock favourites The 1975, Australian indie mainstay The Temper Trap, electronic indie DJ Ryan Hemsworth, indie folk duo Angus & Julia Stone and Irish indie-dance trio Two Door Cinema Club. Other more mainstream acts to join the indie scenemakers are UK house twosome Disclosure and producer Mark Ronson of 'Uptown Funk' fame.
On the home front, the list of local acts slated to perform at the GVF is undeniably massive. Some of the more renowned ones include Kyoto Protocol, Froya, Indiego & Co and Dangerdisko while the festival also plays host to numerous up-and-comers such as Toko Kilat, Mmmeng, Twinkies, and Guibooo.
