OK, let’s forget about the totally random Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz project ‘cos this nekkid hippie just got a new single and it’s pretty good.

‘Hands of Love’, a track written by Linda Perry, is a power ballad and released as the main score for Julianne Moore and Ellen Page’s Freeheld

The film, released during the Toronto Film Festival, is a biopic about couple Laurel Hester and Stacie Andree who were among the first to demand pension benefits for same-sex domestic partnership. Sounds like an Oscar-worthy, right?

Listen to the track below and drop me a tweet about it!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
