MTV's Video Music Awards 2015 (or the #VMAs) is everything but boring. Ready for the fast recap?...
1) Taylor Swift won three main awards, 2) Kanye West said he'll run for 2020 presidential election, 3) Nicki Minaj + Taylor Swift opened the show and performed together in a medley of hits (ICYMI, the tweet feud? Totally staged!), 4) Nicki Minaj called out Miley Cyrus for her insanely douchey magazine interview (and it wasn't staged. Gasp!), 5) Miley dropped a new album, FOR FREE!, 6) All those kaleidoscopic and NSFW outfits wore by... again, Miley!, and 7) hmm, is this the MTV Taylor Swift Awards or what?
Let's not forget when Miley's left nipple made it into the live telecast. I'm sure MTV will be slapped with tonnes of complaints and a massive fine.
Performance wise? Pharrell Williams > Tori Kelly > The Weeknd > Justin Bieber > Macklemore + Ryan Lewis > Nicki Minaj + Taylor Swift > Nick Jonas' #VMAs pre-show performance >>>> hmmm literally everything else (sorry, Demi Lovato + Iggy Azalea - I really hate your performance)!
