Bieber is shirtless again and this time, it is for his new music video, 'All That Matters'. What the song is about? Well, Justin tweeted about it recently, stating "The lyrics of this song are pretty self-explanatory - when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole. I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching."
I'm not sure when he'll drop his new album (probably by early next year), but by the looks of it, releasing new music every Monday is still OK for the fans.
If you're a fan of this teen hitmaker, you'll love the video because he is flexing his muscles and doing the pelvic-thrust dance moves (oh yeah, it sure is happening in it). But if you're not a fan, better listen to the song instead of watching it.
